Balanced Scorecard & Performance Management Specialist

(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

    * This position will be responsible to manage overall performance management process, include cascading KPI top down as well as aligning KPI across business units.

Requirements:

    * Bachelor Degree from any dicipline
    * Proven track record in defining KPI for own company or clients using balance scorecard
    * Deep understanding of balance scorecard concept
    * Having experience in managing performance management system is preferable
    * Having knowledge about recruitment process
    * Having initiative and easy adapt to change
    * Good Analytical and presentation skills
